Shipping & Delivery

At The Mistress Boutique, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly, securely, and with complete discretion.

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are typically processed within 24 hours (Monday to Thursday). Orders placed after Friday midday or over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

We currently deliver across the UK, with all orders shipped in discreet packaging to protect your privacy.

Delivery times may vary depending on the service selected at checkout and your location. While we always aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier services or factors outside of our control.

Please ensure all delivery information is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order needs to be resent due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply.

For customers in remote areas, including parts of the Scottish Highlands and offshore locations, delivery times may be slightly longer and additional charges may apply.
