Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Mistress Boutique, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return unused and unopened items to us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in a resellable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used adult products unless they are faulty.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or defective, please contact us within a reasonable time (and within 6 months of purchase) with your order details and, where possible, supporting evidence such as photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please ensure that all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information. If an order needs to be resent due to incorrect details being provided, additional delivery charges may apply.
All approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
