Our shipping rate is a flat charge based on the order’s weight, and is added to your bill at checkout.
We aim to ship items within 2 working days of the order being received. If you place an order on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, we will aim to ship the order on the next working day. Express services are not available if you order on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.
If you have not received your order within the expected time-frame, it is best to contact the courier with whom we shipped the order (information of this will be supplied with your shipping notice). If you have difficulty with this, then please feel free to contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Age Restricted Products
You must be over 18 to purchase sex toys with us. By purchasing with us, you agree that you (or the recipient, where different) are 18 years old or over. You must not attempt to purchase age restricted products if you are underage, nor supply age restricted products to those who are underage.
We hold your shipping details, securely, in compliance with the Data Protection Act (UK). You can make a request at any time to see what data we hold on you, or to request we remove it from our systems. We will never sell, or share, your details with any third party. We will contact you about your order to let you know when it’s on its way, but if you would like us to be especially discreet then please just let us know.
Your privacy is our utmost priority, so we also ship all of our products in plain, inconspicuous packaging.
Returns and Complaints
We aim to provide a service that is above and beyond extraordinary to our customers, however we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. Please help us to help you by reading and understanding the returns policy below:
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on lingerie, hosiery, or toys, unless there is a manufacturer’s fault. In this case, the item must be returned unused and with original packaging in place.
- We understand that sometimes size charts can be a little inaccurate. If you want to replace one of our dresses for another size, please ensure it is unworn and with tags intact.
- If you wish to return anything, please email us prior to putting it in the post so that we know it’s on its way. Please also email us a copy of the receipt for the postage cost; where possible, we will refund the postage (in case of manufacturer fault) or take it off the cost of sending you a replacement item (for example if you’re replacing a dress for a different size).
- We try our utmost to make sure our product images are accurate, but if an item is not to your liking, then please call the store on 01702 333500. Store credit notes and refunds are offered at the manager’s discretion, and we are more than happy to help you find what you’re looking for.
